摘 要:为了考察温度、pH和质量配比对印染废水处理性能影响,构建了以玄武岩纤维为载体、旋流散气管为曝气方式的生物接触氧化废水处理系统,试验研究了各工艺参数对处理性能的影响变化规律。结果表明:玄武岩纤维载体挂膜速度较快且在夏季具有较高的COD处理效果,HRT=20h时,其COD去除率可稳定在75%1;2上,而低温下仅为40%左右,延长低温运行的HRT到39h时,COD去除率可稳定在85%以上。另外,试验结果还表明,低温下系统最佳pH适应范围是7-7.5,COD的去除率最高可达89.5%,而C、N、P最佳质量配比则为100:5:0.5。In order to investigate the effects of the factors, such as temperature,pH and quality ratio, on the treatment capacity for dyeing and printing wastewater, the biological contact oxidation system has been established, which uses basalt fiber as carrier and rotational flow exhausting pipe as aeration form. The changing rule of the effect of technical parameters on the treatment capacity is studied. The experimental results demonstrate that the membraneforming speed of basalt fiber carrier is faster and the COD treatment rate in summer is higher. When HRT is 20 h, its COD removing rate can be kept at over 75% ,but it is only 40% under low temperature. When HRT is prolonged to 39 h,running at low temperature,its COD removing rate can be kept at 85% or more. Besides, the results also show that at low temperature the best pH adaptable range of the system is 7-7.5 ,the COD removing rate can reach 89.5% and C ,N ,P the best quality ratio is 100:5:0.5.
