图书、学术图书与人文社科学术图书种数之考察

摘　　要：为验证目前中国有关图书、学术图书与人文社会科学学术图书种数的多种统计数据,估计数据的可信度,文章运用书目统计法、抽样调查法,对国家出版管理部门公布的图书种数、《全国总书目》和《全国新书目》收录的图书种数进行了统计、整理、分析。结果发现,这些数据在研究与管理中具有重要作用。但由于疏忽或其他原因,一些数据和估计数据出现了差错。建议国家出版管理部门增添对学术图书及文科学术图书等项目的专项统计,或选择有条件的学术机构或评价中心负责此项工作,加强学术图书及文科学术图书等的书目控制,提高数据质量,提升数据的可利用性,加强管理的规范化。In order to verify the credibility of a variety of statistical data and estimate quantitative data of the books, academic books and academic books of humanities and social science in China, by using bib- liographic statistical method and sample survey to carry on the statistics and analysis of the book numbers which published by the administrative departments of China, and by China National Bibliography and National New Books Information, it was found that the statistic datum played an important role in the re- search and management. However, there are carelessness and confusion which lead to the inconsistency of the statistic datum. It is suggested that the national department of press should increase the special statis- tics for the academic books and academic books of humanities and social science, or select the qualified aca- demic institutions and evaluation center to undertake the task, in order to strengthen the bibliographic con- trol for the academic books and academic books of humanities and social science in China and improve the data quality and standardization of data utilization and management.
