摘 要:针对TIG焊的特点,设计了一套基于PLC的脉动送丝系统和一种新型脉动送丝机构,经理论分析和试验验证,该系统可以与焊接电信号同步,实现脉动送丝,工作稳定可靠,从焊接设备功能改进和经济性角度都具有一定的工程意义。A new sort of wire feeding mechanism and apulsing wire feeding system based on PLC were designed for pulsed TIG welding in the paper. The function of pulsed wire feeding system could be achieved without electric motor when this mechanism had been used. The system could works synchronously with the welding electrical signal, which could be foundthrough theoretical analysis and experimental verification. This stable system had engineering significance whether in functional aspect or economical aspect of the equipment modification.
