摘 要:基于高性能生态混凝土专用添加剂(SR-3),通过三变量三水平正交试验研究了水泥用量、粗骨料粒径以及砂灰比对高反滤生态混凝土性能影响,利用极差分析方法对本试验的数据进行了分析。试验结果表明,水泥用量是决定其力学性能的最重要参数,其与抗压强度呈正相关关系,当用量大于300 kgm3时,生态混凝土的28 d抗压强度在25 MPa以上。同时,透水系数在0.01 cms以上,实现了透水反滤的作用。Based on the high - performance additives ( SR - 3 ), a series of orthogonal experiments were performed to study the mechanical performance and permeability of a novel type of ecological concrete with high filtration. Three factors were taken under consideration for the orthogonal experiments, which were the amount of cement, coarse aggregate size and sand/cement ratio. The results show that the amount of cement is the most important factor that determines the strength, and it relate to compressive strength in positive correlation.When the amount is increased to 300 kg/m3 ,the compressive strength of 28 day is at 25 MPa or more,at the same time,the permeability coefficient is above 0.01 cm/s, realizing the function of permeability and filtration.
