摘  要:基于高分子聚合物结构设计与调控原理,研发了一种高稳健性聚羧酸减水组分PCA-W。采用水泥净浆流动度、砂浆抗离析指数、自密实混凝土工作性等方法测试了PCA-W相关性能。试验结果表明:相比于常规聚羧酸减水剂,掺加PCA-W制备的新拌水泥基材料对用水量、含泥量波动,以及外界机械扰动等具有最高的稳健性,尤其适用于敏感性强的高速铁路CRTSIII型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土,并在郑徐客运专线得到了成功应用。Based on the theory of high - molecular polymer structure design and regulation, a new type of water reducer with high robustness was developed. The fluidity of cement paste, sieve segregation index of mortar and workability of self - consolidating concrete were used to evaluate the performances of PCA - W.The experimental results indicate that compared with conventional water reducers, the fresh cement - based materials is produced with PCA - W possessed the highest robustness to water and clay quantity fluctuation and external mechanical disturbances. Therefore ,it is especially suitable for the self - consolidating concrete with high sensibility used in high speed railway slab ballastless track of CRTSIII and has been successfully applied in Zheng Xu passengers railway line.
