摘 要:针对坚硬顶板综采工作面来压步距大、矿压显现强烈、管理难度大等问题,以卡洼掌煤矿坚硬顶板条件为工程背景,在理论计算顶板垮落步距的基础上,提出切眼切顶爆破和两巷超前预裂爆破的顶板弱化技术,并对现场矿压数据进行监测,分析顶板弱化效果,研究结果表明:坚硬顶板整体性强、力学性能好,初次及周期来压步距均较大,经过对坚硬顶板采取爆破强制放顶技术,减小了工作面的来压强度,保证了工作面的安全高效生产。Aiming at the large weighting step, strong mine pressure behavior and maintenance difficulty of hard roof fully mechanized working face, the paper proposed a roof weakening scheme of cross-cut roof caving blasting and advance pre- splitting blasting in both transportation roadway and air return way, based on the theoretical calculation of roof caving step, combining with the engineering background of Kawazhang Coal Mine. The in-situ mine pressure data was monitored to analyze roof weakening effect. The results show that, the hard roof has strong integrity and good mechanical properties, its initial and periodic weighting intervals are large, with the hard roof weakening technology of forced roof caving blasting, the mine pressure strength is reduced ensuring the safe and efficient production of working face.
