摘  要:基于"贸易-资本-货币"三维视角构建了国家竞争力评价体系,并依此对九个国家(G7成员国、中国、韩国)2005-2014年的国家竞争力进行了测度。结果发现:中国国家竞争力此间呈持续上升状态,已超过日本、法国,与德国、英国的差距也越来越小,但距美国还差得比较远。其中,中国贸易竞争力上升明显,直追美国;但投资竞争力、货币竞争力与美欧日国家仍存在差距,需进一步强化。未来,中国国家竞争力的提升重点在于:稳步推进人民币的国际化,大力促进中国资本输出的规模扩张和质量提升,加速中国产业的转型升级,全面提高中国在国际货币市场、资本市场、商品市场上的占有份额和定价权。The study constructed an evaluation system of national competitiveness from the three-dimensional perspective of "trade-investment-currency". Based on the system, nine countries' (the G7, China, and South Korea) 2005 -2014 national competitiveness are evaluated. It is showed that : China's national competitiveness has continued to rise during this period;its national competitiveness has substantially exceeded Japan and France;the gaps with Germany and the United Kingdom are getting smaller;but it is much weaker than the United States. In the three aspects, China's trade competitiveness rise obviously, and close to the United States; however, its investment competitiveness and currency competitiveness greatly gap with the United States, Europe and Japan, which need to be further strengthened. In the future, China should steadily push forward the internationalization of the RMB, vigorously promote China's capital output expansion and quality improvement, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China's industries, and overall improve China's share and pricing power in international currency,investment, and trade markets.
