摘 要:以信息不对称为视角,构建了考虑公共部门信息支持因素的投资者位置模型,分析了公共部门信息支持因素对私有部门投资者从事低碳技术早中期R&D投资的影响,指出了公共部门与私有部门投资者协同创新时,公共部门充分的信息供给有利于私有部门投资者将投资焦点从技术创新过程的后期阶段转向早中期阶段。然后,通过案例研究发现,有效的公共部门与私有部门投资者协同创新模式与政府充足的信息供给与支持,可减少信息不对称对私有部门投资者的消极作用,有助于跨越技术创新过程中的"死亡之谷",推进低碳技术创新进程,提升低碳产业与国家的竞争力。From the perspective of asymmetric information, this paper builds a model of investor location considering a factor of information support deriving from public sector and analyses the effects taken by information supply on private sector investors' commitment into mid-early R&D of low carbon technologies. It points out when the public sector collaborates with private investors in technological innovation, the provision of sufficient information served by the public sector benefits to induce private investors to divert their funding focus from the later stage in an innovation sequence to the mid-early phases. After that, a case study shows the effective modes of collaborative innovation between public sector and private investors and the efficient supply and support of information from governments is able to reduce the negative impacts on private investors taken by asymmetric information as well as help to cross the "valley of death" in the sequence of technological innovation, propel the innovation progress of low carbon technologies and thus enhance the competitiveness of the low carbon industry and the whole country.
