摘 要:研究了以硝酸铵复盐沉淀法制备高纯硝酸铈铵,考察了不同条件对硝酸铈铵氧化率、收率、重金属杂质质量分数的影响,对比了高、低温2种条件下制备的产品质量。结果表明:硝酸铵复盐沉淀法所制备的硝酸铈铵的组成为(NH4)2[Ce(NO3)6];最佳条件下制备的产品中,∑REO质量分数大于31%,重金属杂质质量分数小于1.0×10-5,产品氧化率大于98.5%,纯度很高。Preparation of high purity ammonium cerium nitrate by precipitation process with ammonia nitrate was studied. Influences of preparation conditions on oxidation rate, yield, content of heavy metal impurities of ammonium cerium nitrate were investigated. Two products made by the process at higher temperature and lower temperature were contrasted and analyzed. The structure and composition of ammonium cerium nitrate for the products were determined. The results show that the chemical formula of the product is(NH4 )2 ECe(NO3 )6 ]. Under reasonable conditions, ∑REO mass fraction in the products is 31%, oxidation rate of cerium is more than 98. 5%, the contain of heavy metal impurities is less than 1.0× 10^-5.
