摘　　要：阿尔茨海默症与抑郁症之间存在着紧密相关性,二者具有一定的共病基础,阿尔茨海默症患者常伴发有抑郁症状。近年来,有大量文献报道抗抑郁药可有效的预防和辅助性治疗阿尔茨海默症,但其共同病理特点及治疗作用机制尚不明确。通过对近几年国内外相关文献整理总结,本文将从以下几个方面对抑郁症和阿尔茨海默症的关联性进行简要综述:临床特征相关性、共同病理特征、抗抑郁药防治AD相关作用机制。以期为进一步相关性研究提供一定参考,为阿尔茨海默症治疗策略的深入研究提供新的思路与方法。There is a close correlation between Alzheimer＇s disease（ AD） and depression,which have some common disease foundation. AD patients often have comorbid depression. In recent years,mounting evidence suggests that antidepressant drugs can effectively prevent and treat Alzheimer＇s disease,but its common pathological characteristics and treatment mechanism are not clear. Through summarizing the related domestic and foreign literature in recent years,this paper reviewed the relevance between depression and Alzheimer＇s disease from the aspects of the correlations with clinical features,the common pathological features,and the mechanisms of antidepressants in relation to Alzheimer＇s disease,aiming to provide a reference for further research and provide new ideas and methods for exploration of treatment strategy of Alzheimer＇s disease.
