摘　　要：目的:探讨对新型靶向抗肿瘤药物的不良反应开展药学监护的方法。方法:临床药师参与2例应用阿帕替尼后出现不良反应的胃癌患者的治疗,并进行药学监护与干预。结果:临床药师利用专业知识提供合理化用药建议,及时有效地处理药物不良反应,确保患者安全度过用药期。结论:临床药师需关注药学前沿,并加强药学监护,提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性。Objective： To explore and develop the methods of providing pharmaceutical care for patients with adverse drug reactions induced by novel targeting antitumor drugs. Methods： By participating in the treatment of adverse reactions induced by apatinib in two cases of gastric cancer patients,clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care and intervention for the patients. Results： Clinical pharmacists provided rational suggestions with professional knowledges and handled the adverse reactions promptly and efficiently,which ensured the patients safely passed the period of treatment. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists should follow the frontiers of pharmacy,and strengthen pharmaceutical care to improve the safety and efficacy of drug treatment.
