摘  要:在我国高铁建设全面铺开的大背景下,以京沪高铁沿线23个站点为研究样本,通过实地调研获取站点地区空间开发的一手资料,总结了高铁站点地区的基本空间特征,并与高铁站点地区相关规划进行比较分析。研究认为,高铁的开通极大地带动了沿线站点地区的开发,在规划的引导下,各类高铁片区的开发在短期内已初具规模。但限于开发阶段不同,各个站点地区的开发进度差异较大,且出现了站点地区空间布局"空心化"与"偏心化"、城市形态的均质化以及空间开发时序不尽合理等情况。这些现象是所在城市规模、站点区位、功能定位等要素综合作用的结果。高铁站点地区的开发既在结构层面体现出了与规划的一致性,又在其他层面存在一定的差异性,且目前站点地区的规划也存在目标定位模糊、开发时序的设置不完善等问题,研究建议在高铁站点地区的规划与开发中,应对站点地区规划理性定位,对站点周边空间精细化开发。同时应对已开发的粗放空间逐步消化并适度紧缩,并以空间开发价值为依据,合理划定空间开发分区和开发建设时序。In the context of massive construction of high-speed rail in China, this article selects 23 stations along the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway line as research samples and obtained first-hand information of the site development by field investigation. Our research team summarized the basic characteristics of the station areas, and compared them with the plans. The study suggests that the high-speed rail greatly promotes the development of station areas. Developments normally take place within short periods of time under the guidance of plans. The sample areas exhibit different development phases. "hollowing out" and "ec- centric" mode of development are evident and homogenization of urban form and unreasonable construction timing are common. These problems result from the comprehensive effect of the city scale, site location, designated functions and so on. The actual developments both converge and diverge from the plans. Existing planning often suffer from problems such as fuzzy target positioning, chaotic con- struction sequence and loopholes in planning management. The study suggests that we should identify reasonable goals and carry out intensive development. The extensively developed spaces need to be gradually digested and moderately re- duced. The spatial zones and construction timing also need to be identified reason- ably based on the value of spatial development.
