摘　　要：【目的】为学术期刊编委会人数规模的合理确定提供参考。【方法】指出学术期刊编委会建制中存在的某些问题,对学术期刊编委会人数规模进行随机抽样统计,分析影响编委会人数规模的主要因素。【结果】根据学术期刊编委会的主要职能和作用,提出合理确定学术期刊编委会人数规模的基本原则和有关建议。【结论】学术期刊编委会人数规模的确定应遵循精干务实原则、结构合理原则和动态调整原则。[Purposes]This paper aims o offer some suggestions for determining the number of the committee rationally.[Methods]Some problems in the system of journal editorial boards were pointed out.Based on the statistics data of the number of committees in journal editorial boards,the main elements that affect the number of committees of journal editorial boards were analyzed.[Findings]Based on the main functions and roles,some suggestions to rationally determine the number of committees of journal editorial boards are put forward.[Conclusions]The principles to rationally determine the number of committees of journal editorial boards such as ＂small in number but capable and pragmatic＂, ＂rational in composition＂ and ＂adjusting timely＂ should be followed.
