超声乳化治疗白内障合并症的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的：观察为白内障合并症患者应用超声乳化治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2013年6月～2014年1月于我院就诊的白内障合并症患者33例（50只患眼）,将其作为本研究的实验组,选取同时期30例（50只患眼）无合并症的白内障患者作为本研究的对照组,两组病例均应用超声乳化治疗,观察临床效果。结果：实验组50只患眼中有44只视力在0.5～1.0之间,术后并发症发生率为8.0%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,认为具有临床可比性（P〉0.05）。结论：为白内障合并症患者应用超声乳化治疗,可获得较佳的效果,超声乳化术值得在临床上进一步应用。Objective： To evaluate the clinical application for patients with complications of cataract phacoemulsification treatment effect. Methods： June 2013 - cataract complications in patients in January 2014 in our hospital 33 cases （50 affected eyes）, which was used as the experimental group in this study, selecting the same period 30 cases （50 affected eyes） no complications of cataract patients in this study as the control group patients were applied phacoemulsification observed clinical effect. Results： The experimental group, 50 eyes of 44 patients visual acuity between 0.5 and 1.0, postoperative complication rate was 8.0%, compared with contxol group the difference was not statistically significant, considered clinically comparable （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with complications of phaeoemulsification cataract treatment, get better results, phaeoemulsification worthy of further clinical application.
