宋人类次《千金要方》脉论考证

摘　　要：现今《千金要方》之通行本为北宋校正医书局校定本,宋人自序称整理该书时参照《素问》《灵枢》等书的相关内容,对原书进行了全面的调整改动。在对宋本《千金要方》与保存唐代写本原貌的《新雕孙真人千金方·说脉篇》逐字对校的基础上,考证出宋人通过调整原书脉论的卷次、篇次,以及在同一篇中调整脉论条文的顺序,在增强《千金要方》脉学理论阐述规范化与系统性的同时,使宋代脉学理论的学术框架更为严谨。The current edition of Invaluable Prescriptions for Ready Reference was revised by the Bureau for Revising Medical Books in Northern Song dynasty,as recorded in the author＇s preface,such books as Plain Questions and Miraculous Pivot had been refered to during the comprehensive proofreading and modification process.After proofreading word by word of original edition of Invaluable Prescriptions for Ready Reference and Newly Carved Qian Jin Fangby Saint Sun,it has been proved that the amendment has normalized the description of pulse theory and made the academic framework more systemic and rigorous.by adjusting the order of volumns,chapters as well as the sections.
