摘　　要：该文从气候、历史和城市肌理的角度出发,对历史环境中新旧建筑的融合、严寒地区适老建筑设计的特征和单元空间组合设计的类型三个方面进行了思考与分析,进而提出了沈阳市北塔社区老年活动中心设计实践中环境呼应、新旧对话和适老设计的创作思想。This paper makes thinking and analysis to three aspects of the mixture of old and new buildings in historical environment, old building design characteristics in cold region and the type of unit space combination design from the point of view of climate, history and urban texture, and then puts forward creative idea about the environmental echoes in creative practice, dialogue between the new and the old and the design for the elderly during the design practice for Shenyang Beita community elderly activity center.
