摘　　要：汉阳造创意产业园位于武汉市汉阳区原武汉鹦鹉磁带厂(824厂)厂区内。这里具有深厚的工业历史文化底蕴,是武汉近代工业的发源地之一,存在过在中国近代工业发展史上影响巨大的汉阳铁厂1。然而,在当代城市快速发展的背景下,这一城市核心地段的发展受到了相当的阻碍。从2007年开始,在政府相关部门和开发公司的共同努力下,这一旧工厂区开始重新改造开发,为该地区的发展注入了新的活力。笔者通过实地调研、文献查阅等方式对汉阳造创意产业园进行了实态调查研究,并从城市更新角度加以归纳演绎和综合分析,以期了解其具体实施的内涵和成因,以资借鉴。Hanyang made creative industrial park is located at the former Wuhan parrot tape factory （824） in Hanyang district of Wuhan city. Here has a profound industrial history culture, is one of the birthplace on Wuhan modem industry, and where has existed the Hanyang iron factory which had a huge impact on the history of China＇s modern industrial development. However, with contemporary urban rapid development, the development of this city core is hampered fairly. Since 2007, in the joint efforts of relevant government departments and development companies, the old factories started to development, has in]ected new vitality to the development of the region. The author through field investigation, literature review of Hanyang made creative industrial park, has carried on the real condition investigation and study from the perspective of urban renewal to induction deduction and comprehensive analysis, in order to understand its connotation and the cause of the concrete implementation.
