摘　　要：在快速城市化进程背景下,城市边缘区开发建设逐步扩大,如何使经济效益与生态环境、形态特征与社会效益之间达到平衡统一成为备受关注的课题。该文以吉林市棋盘商贸休闲区修建性详细规划设计项目为研究对象,采用从宏观到微观的分析方法,充分结合自身内部条件,依托优势,因地制宜,提出确立多元功能、重构生态格局、营造场所氛围、完善休闲体系的开发策略,力图打造城乡统筹发展中具有地域个性的品牌区域。In the background of rapid urbanization, the construction of urban fringe area is expanding gradually. How to make balances between economic and ecological environment, morphological characteristics and social benefits have become a topic of concern. Taking the site plan of Jilin Qipan business and leisure area as research object, the paper uses the methods from macro to micro, fully integrates with internal conditions relying on the advantages of local conditions, and proposes strategy of multi-function, reconstruction of ecological patterns, creating places atmosphere, and tries hard to a relaxing system to build brand area with regional personality in urban and rural development.
