摘　　要：文章主要从工程管理着手,阐述了景观工程设计的技术调整、施工节点调整以实现业主的预期目标,提升居住的环境品质和投资价值。Mainly starting from the project management, the technology adjustment of the landscape engineer- ing design and construction node adjustment are elaborated in this paper to help to achieve the expected ob- jective of the owners and improve the living environment qualiW and investment value of the housing estates.
