湖南民间金融发展障碍及对策探究

摘　　要：民间金融对促进农村经济和小微企业的发展起到了重要推动作用。文章从湖南民间金融发展现状入手,揭示了民间金融发展存在的监管责任不明、融资机构良莠不齐、整体利率偏高、金融风险较大等问题及成因,提出健全法律体系、完善存款保险制度及贷款担保制度,完善监管方式、拓宽融资渠道等对策。The informal finance has played an important role in promoting rural economy and small and micro enterprises. Based on the status quo of informal financial development in Hunan, this essay reveals the main issues like unclear regulatory responsibilities, the varying quality of financing institutions, high interest rates, high financial risks, etc. Thus, this paper puts forward some suggestions as to set up sound legal system, improve the deposit insurance system and loan guarantee system, perfect supervision mode, and broaden the financing channels, etc.
