摘　　要：基于目前"互联网+"背景下教育技术的发展和学生个性化、碎片化学习的现状,提出了高职院校在推进互联网教学技术的应用以及建立互联网教学管理环境、软硬件配套环境三个方面的新模式,并为高职院校教师和学生在新模式下如何完美驾驭提出了应对策略。Based on the ＂ Intemet ＋ ＂ background of the development of education technology and students per- sonalized, fragmentation learning needs, this paper presents new model of promoting the application of Intemet technolo- gy, establishment of internet teaching management environment, and software and hardware supporting in higher voca- tional colleges. We also put forword the strategies on how to perfectly control the new learning model for teachers and stu- dents in Higher Vocational College .
