摘　　要：针对城市规模的扩大和现代化程度的不断提高,地下管线已经非常庞大、密集。传统的手工管理已经不能满足实际的需要,必须采取更有效的机制和方法进行管理。因此,城市住建局建立城市地下综合管线信息管理系统迫在眉睫,该系统基于地理信息系统(GIS)技术、.NET技术平台,将地下管线数据数字化存储在Oracle数据库中,实现对城市地下各类管线数据的数字化管理、分析、查询、统计输出和实时更新等,从而提高地下管线信息现代化管理水平,促进城市精细化管理。文章对地下管网综合管理系统进行了具体的设计和研究。For the expansion of urban scale and the increasing degree of modernization,the underground pipeline has been very large, intensive. The traditional manual management has been unable to meet the actual needs, we must take more effective mechanism and methods to manage. Therefore,the city housing construction bureau to establish urban underground pipeline information management system is imminent,the system based on geographic information system（GIS）technology,.NET technology platform,the underground pipeline data stored in the Oracle database,so as to achieve the digital management,analysis,query,statistical output and real-time update,etc.,to improve the management level of underground pipeline information,and promote the city fine management.The paper designs and studies the underground pipe network integrated management system.
