摘　　要：文章首先利用德菲尔法和专家咨询法确定了英语写作评价指标,并构建了英语写作评价指标体系的递阶层次结构模型;然后,再次利用德菲尔法和专家咨询法确定了各个评价指标的权重;最后,利用AHP对一组学生的英语写作水平进行评价。The paper confirms evaluation indexes of English writing with the application of Delphi technique and expert consultation, and then establishes hierarchical structure model of English writing evaluation index system. The weight of each evaluation index is determined with the methods of Delphi and expert consultation again. A group of students＇ English writing is subsequently evaluated by using AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process） based on English writing evaluation index system and the weights we set up in this thesis.
