摘　　要：通过构建的中外商业银行的竞争力评价指标体系,对国内外共十家商业银行的竞争力进行了评价分析.揭示出造成我国商业银行整体竞争水平较低的根源在于过程竞争力过低,国有商业银行应着力于过程竞争力水平的提高.On the basis of establishing a competence evaluation index system,this paper analyzes the competence of ten domestic and foreign commercial banks,with the method of factor analysis,and points out that the low competence of Chinese commercial banks is the effect of low procedural competence and state-owned banks should strive for the improvement of procedural competence.
