摘  要:利用MNL模型,分析游客个人特征和游憩特征对调适行为选择偏好的影响。实证研究的结果表明:选择时间替代的主要为男性、去年来景区次数多的游客;选择空间内替代的以年轻、月收入低以及去年来景区次数多的游客为主;选择情感替代的游客以女性、月收入低以及同行人数多的为主;选择空间外替代的游客一般以收入较多以及去年来景区次数多的游客为主;选择活动替代的则以月收入高的游客为主。To reduce recreational pressure and conflict caused by crowding,visitors take diverse behavior in response to the adjustment,in order to improve their recreational satisfaction.The research takes the MNL model to analyze the characteristic of visitors and recreation which affect the preferences of the visitors choice behavior.Through empirical study on the park in Hefei and other places,the research's results show that choosing temporal displacement almost are men and coming to the scenic spot more times in the last year;choosing intra-area displacement almost are youth,low monthly income as well as coming to the scenic spot more times in the last year;choosing emotion displacement are women,low monthly income as well as with more fellow visitors;choosing interarea displacement are more monthly income as well as coming to the scenic spot more times in the last year;choosing activity displacement are the high monthly income.On the basis of the analysis,the author propose to strengthen the Construction of wisdom scenic and Recreation Opportunity Spectrum and other recommendations.
