摘 要:目前,校企合作培养应用型人才已成为高等教育改革的重要方向,但地方高校与高职技校的校际合作培养模式仍处于探索阶段,存在一些问题。从办学体制和内部管理等方面提出解决问题的对策,即通过校际集约共享,以协同人才培养模式提高地方高校与高职技校合作办学的成效,推动普通高等教育和职业教育共同发展。实践表明,此种校际协作机制下的实践教学体系能够满足专业教学的需要,所培养的学生综合素质提高,创新能力增强。At present,the college-enterprise cooperation in training applied talents has become an important reform direction of higher education.However,the co-training mode of local colleges and vocational technical schools is still in the exploratory stage and there are some problems with respect to it.This paper proposes solutions to these problems from the aspects of the school system and internal management,namely,to improve the effectiveness of local colleges and vocational technical schools’ educational cooperation and promote common development of higher education and vocational education together through intensive inter-school sharing and collaborative talents training mode.Practice shows that the practice of teaching system under such inter-school cooperation mechanism can meet the needs of teaching,improve the students’ overall quality as well as their innovation capacity.
