“四化两型”建设背景下湖南城市法治文化建设

摘　　要："四化两型"是指湖南以建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会作为加快经济发展方式转变的方向和目标,以新型工业化、新型城镇化、农业现代化、信息化为基本途径,努力实现优化发展、创新发展、绿色发展、人本发展,率先建成资源节约型、环境友好型社会。在厘清相关概念的基础上,明确"四化两型"建设是湖南城市法治文化建设的物质基础,湖南城市法治文化建设为"四化两型"建设提供文化源泉。＂The concept of four modernizations and two societies＂ refers to a critical development strategy of Hunan Province. In accordance with this strategy,setting the goal of building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society and taking the approaches of new industrialization, new urbanization, agriculture modernization and the informatization are the basic approaches, Hunan Province is trying to realize the optimal, creative, green and human-oriented development and first it establishes a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society. On the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts, we should know that to realize ＂the four modernizations＂ and to develop ＂the two societies＂are the material foundation of building the urban law culture in Hunan; conversely, to strengthen the development of the urban law culture which can serve as the cultural source for the implementation of ＂the four modernizations and two societies＂ strategy.
