摘　　要：城市化进程的不断加速,推进了城市一体化的建设,居民对住宅方面的要求不断增加,而与此同时,居民住宅的物业管理成为居民生活的重要内容之一。物业管理对居民环境的改善、城乡人民生活水平的提升等方面有着重要的作用,物业管理的好坏甚至直接到影响小区的房价。With the acceleration of urbanization a large city is appeared. At the same time along with the increasement of population the residents＇ housing conditions become the social focus. Accelerating the process of urbanization it promotes the integration of urban construction and development, residents of the housing requirements continue to increase. At the same time the residential property management becomes one of the important contents of residents＇ life, the residents living area gradually forms a complete set of the corresponding property management. Property management for the improvement of residents, urban and rural people＇s living standards improvment plays an important role, the stand or fall of property management and even directly affects the community housing. At present there are some problems in property management. The article analyses these problems and puts forward the concrete solution strategy.
