摘　　要：信息化背景下,高校档案材料收集工作出现了许多新特点,特别是民生档案的利用率越来越高,使档案材料收集的范围、方式等发生了重大变化,对档案材料的质量要求也日益凸显。因此,高校档案材料收集工作必须采取新方法:注重基层调研、完善管理制度、拓展收集渠道、提高人员素质、加强考核评比。Under the background of information the collection of archives materials appears many new features. In particularly the archives of people＇s life used in wide scope, great changes of collection scope and many collection ways and means. The quality requirement of the archives is higher. It is, therefore, that the collection of higher learning archives should take new method on the basic investigation and should raise the collectors＇ quality.
