摘　　要：当下中国,发展社会主义民主政治正在成为新常态。乡镇人民代表大会是基层民众表达利益诉求的一个重要的途径。但在现实生活中,乡镇人大制度运行中存在利益表达机制缺失的情况。从完善利益表达机制出发,以利益表达机制的主体、客体、渠道、方式等为切入点不失为一个重要、新颖的意见研究途径。通过畅通表达渠道、优化表达环境、提高表达效能,循序渐进、有针对性地采取一系列措施来完善我国的乡镇人大制度中的利益表达机制。At present, the development of socialist democracy is becoming the new normal. The Township People＇ s Congress is an important way of expressing the interests of the grassroots people. But nowadays, there is a lack of interest expression mechanism in the running of the Township People＇ s Congress System. Starting with the main body, object, channels, ways and the perfection of the interest expression mechanism is an important and new way of the research. We can gradually achieve the successful interest expression mechanism of China＇s Township People＇ s Congress system through a series of measures of unbarring expression channels, optimizing the environ- ment and improving the expression efficiency.
