不同病例来源葡萄球菌的分离鉴定和药敏试验

摘　　要：为了分析不同病例皮肤化脓疮的发病原因,采取5种不同病例病料进行细菌分离培养,获得了5株细菌。对这5株细菌进行了细菌分离培养、染色镜检、血浆凝固酶试验、过氧化氢酶试验、生化试验、药敏试验和实验动物接种试验。结果表明,这5株细菌分别为人葡萄球菌、头葡萄球菌、猪葡萄球菌、耳葡萄球菌和木糖葡萄球菌。通过药敏试验结果筛选敏感药物对5种病例进行治疗,均取得了满意的治疗效果。In order to analyze the causes of purulent skin ulcers in different cases,we conducted isolation and culturation test on the materials from five different cases of disease and obtained five strains of bacteria.The five strains of bacteria were isolated,cultured,and went through staining,plasma coagulase test,catalase test,biochemical test,drug sensitive test and laboratory animal inoculation test.The results showed that five bacteria were people Staphylococcus,head Staphylococcus,pig Staphylococcus,ear Staphylococcus and Staphylococcus xylosus respectively.According to the results of the drug sensitive test,we screened out some sensitive drugs to treat five cases and achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects.
