摘　　要：文中介绍了我国拆船作业的海事监管现状,分析了《拆船公约》明确的拆船作业管理要求,对国内海事监管要求与公约规定存在的差异进行了深入讨论,提出了基于履行《拆船公约》的我国拆船作业海事监管优化对策。The paper introduces the existing conditions of MSA control on ship recycling in China, analyzes relevant requirements on the supervision and control stipulated by Ship Recycling Convention, and probes into the difference in the requirements for the supervision and control between domestic maritime laws and Ship Recycling Convention. It also proposes the countermeasures for maritime supervision and control on ship recycling based on the implementation of Ship Recycling Convention.
