微波妇科治疗仪与波姆光治疗仪用于宫颈糜烂治疗临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨微波妇科治疗仪与波姆光治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年7月-2014年7月来本院就诊的宫颈糜烂患者150例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各75例,比较两组的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果:两组不同程度的宫颈糜烂总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组临床分度中轻、中、重度的痊愈率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不同类型的宫颈糜烂治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不同类型的宫颈糜烂中痊愈率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.67%,与对照组的12.00%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种物理疗法均为治疗宫颈糜烂的理想手段,微波治疗仪的治疗效果及并发症情况优于波姆光治疗仪,可以根据患者情况选择治疗方法。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect comparison of microwave instrument and pome treatment gynecological treatment instrument for cervical erosion treatment.Method：150 cervical erosion patients in our hospital were selected from July 2013 to July 2014,they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The clinical effects and the incidence rate of complications of two groups were compared and observed.Result： Compared the total efficiency of cervical erosion in different degree of two groups, the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）;the cure rate of clinical stages with severe,middle and light of observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared the total efficiency of cervical erosion treatment with different types of two groups, the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）; the cure rate of cervical erosion in different types of observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The complication rate of observation group was 2.67%, compared with 12.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Two kinds of physical therapy are the ideal means for the treatment of cervical erosion,the effect and complications of microwavetherapeutic instrument are better than the clinical pome treatment,it can choose the treatment method according to the patients＇ condition.
