吻合器选择性切闭硬注术治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ度痔的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：对吻合器选择性切闭硬注术治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ度痔的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法：随机抽样法选取2012年12月-2014年12月在本院进行治疗的100例患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组行外剥内扎硬注术,观察组行吻合器选择性切闭硬注术。对比两组的治疗疗效、手术时间、治疗疗程、恢复工作时间。结果：观察组愈显率94.0%,对照组愈显率78.0%;观察组的手术时间、治疗疗程、恢复工作时间分别是（26.76±5.18）min、（9.00±4.33）d、（7.88±3.00）d,对照组分别是（58.17±6.11）min、（15.08±3.35）d、（10.50±2.94）d,比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在Ⅲ~Ⅳ度痔的治疗中,吻合器选择性切闭硬注术具有治疗效果好、手术时间短、住院短、康复快等优势,具有较高的应用价值。Objective： To discuss and analyze clinical effect of selective cutting stapler closed sclerotherapy in treatment of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ hemorrhoids. Method： Random sampling method was used to choose 100 patients from December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group contained 50 cases, the control group received stripped internal ligation plus sclerotherapy, and the observation group received stapling selective excision closed sclerotherapy. To compare operation time, treatment duration, recovery time, and efficacy between the two groups. Result： The markedly effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%, and that of the control group was 78.0%. The operation time, course of treatment, and recovery time of the observation group was（26.76±5.18）min,（9.00±4.33）d,（7.88±3.00）d, respectively, and that of the control group was（58.17±6.11）min,（15.08±3.35）d,（10.50±2.94）d, the differences were statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion： In Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids treatment, stapler for selective cut close hard injection technique has good curative effect, short operation time, shorter hospital stay, rapid recovery, has higher application value.
