摘 要:对通风机后接辅助通流元件扩散弯道进行了较为系统的研究 ,指出了现用的几种扩散弯道阻力较大的原因在于它们的边壁形式不能较好地满足气流在其中的无分离流动 ,并应用模型试验和势流理论分析研究了气流在其中的流场分布状况 ,得出了一种具有较为合理边壁流型形式的扩散弯道 ,经过模型对比吹风试验 。A relatively systematic research has been conducted into the auxiliary current-passing components-curved diffuser behind the fan in this paper, and the main cause of quite large resistance of that component is that its wall shape cant ensure a non-separation flow. By the means of model test and analysis of potential flow theory, the distribution of flow field in that component is researched to put forward a rational flow pattern. The results of contrast blow model tests and combined model tests affirm that the curved diffuser proposed has better performance than those curved diffusers used at present.
