摘  要:目的研究广西地不容总碱的急性毒性及镇痛、抗炎作用。方法以最大浓度及最大给药体积的药液对实验组小鼠灌胃给药,对照组给予等体积的溶媒,连续观察7d,记录小鼠毒副反应情况。小鼠分别ig给予广西地不容总碱低中高剂量(0.1,0.15,0.2g·kg-1),连续3d,1日1次。采用热板法、以冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,观察广西地不容总碱的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的方法,观察其抗炎作用。结果给药7d后小鼠全部存活,观察期内未见明显毒性反应。广西地不容总碱可明显抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05),延长热板所致的小鼠舔后足时间;高剂量组对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论广西地不容总碱毒性较小并有显著的镇痛抗炎作用。OBJECTIVE To study the acute toxicity and analgesic,anti-inflammatory effects of total alkaloids of Stephania kwangsiensis Lo. METHODS Mice in experiment almedicene group were intragastrically administered the total alkaloids of Stephania kwangsiensis Lo. by the thickest concentration and the largest volume permitted and were administered the equal solvent in control group,the acute toxicity reaction of mice was observed in the successive 7days. Writhing method,hot-plate method in pain model were used to evaluate the analgesic effect. The inhibition of auricle edema induced by xylene was used to test the anti-inflammation. RESULTS All mouse were survived,and no toxic reaction was found in the observed period. The total alkaloids of Stephania kwangsiensis Lo. significantly decreased the twisting times in mice induced by acetic acid( P 〈 0. 05),and the pain caused by the hot plate was significantly extended, and inhibited the inflammation induced by xylene( P 〈 0. 01) of high dose group. CONCLUSION The total alkaloids of Stephania kwangsiensis Lo. has little acute Toxicity in mice and significant anti-inflammatory,analgesia effects.
