摘  要:目的建立同时测定独红骨刺丸中三七3种成分的方法。方法应用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为Thermo C18色谱柱,乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0m L·min-1,检测波长203nm。结果三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1线性范围分别为0.04-1μg,r2=0.9957;0.1068-2.67μg,r2=0.9994;0.1034-2.585μg,r2=0.9998。平均加样回收率分别为101.31%(RSD=1.90%);98.91%(RSD=1.20%);97.74%(RSD=0.97%)。结论本方法操作简便,重复性好,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination the contents of notoginseng in Duhongguci Pills. METHODS HPLC was applied with the chromatographic conditions as follows: the chromatographic column was Thermo C18,Acetonitrile-water as the mobile phrase,flow rate was 1. 0m L·min- 1. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. RESULTS The linear rang of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 0. 04 - 1μg,r2= 0. 9957; 0. 1068 - 2. 67μg,r2= 0. 9994 and 0. 1034 - 2. 585μg,r2= 0. 9998,respectively and their average recoveries were101. 31%( RSD = 1. 90%); 98. 91%( RSD = 1. 20%); 97. 47%( RSD =0. 97%). CONCLUSION The method was simple,reproducible and it was suitable for the quality control of Duhong guci Pills.
