摘 要:利用35个甘蓝型油菜Ogura胞质不育系与4个恢复系进行配合力及遗传力分析。采用4×35不完全双列杂交,对140个组合的9个重要农艺性状进行了配合力和遗传力的估算,其中包括根据云南地方气候特点制定的主茎冻荚与主茎阴荚性状。研究表明,一般配合力综合排名母本前5名分为A19>A29>A21>A20>A2;父本优劣排名次序为21R>64R>68R>16R;单株产量特殊配合力最好的组合为A17×21R。本研究旨在探明亲本材料的应用潜力,为生产上利用Ogura胞质不育系统选育甘蓝型油菜强优势组合提供数据支持。140 combinations crossed by 4 Ogura cytoplasmic male sterile line( A1-A35) and 4 restoring line( 16 R,21R,64 R,68R) were selected to analyze the combination ability and heritability of 9 main agronomy characters of Brassica napus L. to value the application potential of these materials. The result showed that( i) the general comprehensive combining ability ranking of male parents was 21 R 64 R 68R 16 R and that of the top five female parents was A19 A29 A21 A20 A2.( ii) The yield per block of A9 × 64 R,A20 × 16 R,A29× 64 R ranked the first three places in the 140 combinations.( iii) Excellent crosses were more likely to be chosen from the combination with higher parent general combining ability,so the GCA and SCA should be considered comprehensively in choosing parents to select the optimal cross combinations.
