摘 要:亲本选配是杂交育种成败的关键。本研究以河南省农业科学院经济作物研究所选育的29份甘蓝型油菜骨干亲本系为材料,利用分布于甘蓝型油菜19个连锁群的47对SSR引物进行分析,共检测到197个标记位点,每对引物在不同亲本材料间的等位基因数为1~11个,平均位点4.48个,其中多态性位点154个,多态性比率为78.17%;同时利用获得的SSR多态性位点进行聚类分析。结果表明,在遗传相似系数0.64处,29份材料分为3大类群,聚类结果与地理来源有较好的一致性,与特征农艺性状及品质性状有较好的吻合性。本研究可为油菜优良杂交组合的选配及材料创新提供理论支持及参考依据。Selection of suitable parents is one of the key works in hybridization of Brassica napus L.. Here,the genetic diversity of 29 core parental lines of B. napus provided by Industrial Crops Institute of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences was analyzed. 197 alleles were detected via 47 SSR primer pairs,which were selected from different linkage groups in B. napus. 4. 48 alleles were detected by each SSR primer pairs on average. Among the 197 alleles,154 polymorphic bands were obtained,accounting for 78. 17 % of the total bands observed,and their cluster was analyzed by using the polymorphic SSR data obtained. The results showed that these core parental lines could be classified into three groups at the threshold of 0. 64,which agrees with the geography origin,and coincides with characteristic agronomic traits and quality traits. The results should provide the theoretical support and reference for the selection of excellent hybrid combinations and germplasm enhancement of B. napus.
