摘  要:以新疆棉区2个机采性状优良且推广面积较大的机采棉品种与陆地棉遗传标准系配置组合,应用主基因-多基因联合世代分析方法对7个主要机采性状进行遗传分析。结果表明:7个机采性状在2个组合中均检测到1对主基因的存在,其中果枝始节高在2个组合中均检测到2对主基因。从主基因遗传率和多基因遗传率的分量进一步分析得出,在2个组合中均以主基因遗传为主的性状有株高、果枝始节高、单株皮棉产量、纤维比强度等;在2个组合中均以多基因遗传为主的性状有生育期性状;在2个组合中以主基因和多基因遗传并重的性状有果枝始节位和纤维长度等。同时得出生育期、纤维长度2性状的总遗传率高于其它性状。本结论为棉花适宜机采性状的主效QTL鉴定提供了理论依据。In this paper,major-polygene jointing generations analyses were used to investigate the relevant traits of mechanical harvest cotton in Xinjiang,by crosses using the two mechanical harvest cotton varieties with larger area and genetic standard system. The results showed that a pair of main genes were detected in two combinations of 7 mechanical harvest traits,among them 2 pairs of main genes were detected in the first branch height. From main genetic rate and polygene genetic rate,the traits of plant height,the first fruit branch height,lint yield,fiber strength,etc. were given priority to inherit with the main genetic,some with the polygenic genetic,including the whole growth stage,etc,and others with interact section of main genes and polygenic,including the first branch node,fiber length,etc. It was concluded that the total genetic rate of growth stage and fiber length was higher than other traits,which provided a theoretic basis for main gene identification of QTLs in mechanical harvest traits widespread in cotton.
