摘  要:为探明不同来源内生固氮菌对燕麦植株的促生能力,为植物内生固氮菌的应用开发提供参考,以陇燕3号接种沙蓬内生固氮菌产酸克雷伯氏菌(Klepsiella oxytoca Msp2c)和苜蓿内生固氮菌荧光假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonas fluorescence LM531)菌液,研究2种植物内生固氮菌对燕麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的效果。结果表明:接种产酸克雷伯氏菌菌液的燕麦出苗率、发芽率、株高、根长、根体积、叶面积、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重均最高,分别达93.67%、89.00%、284.3 mm、242.3 mm、0.5 cm3、663.8 mm2、0.3998 g和0.3058 g,均显著高于无菌水处理对照组和接种荧光假单胞杆菌处理组。荧光假单胞杆菌处理组的株高、根长低于对照组,除出苗率高于对照组外其余指标均低于对照组且差异不显著。产酸克雷伯氏菌对燕麦幼苗有显著促生作用,可用于沙漠地区燕麦固氮促生菌剂的研制。The seeds of Longyan 3( an Avena sativa variety) were inoculated with Klepsiella oxytoca Msp2 c and Pseudomonas fluorescence LM531 respectively to study the effects of two endophytic diazotrophs on seed germination and seedling growth of Avena sativa to provide a reference for application and development of endophytic diazotrophs. Results: The emergence rate,germination rate,height,root length,root volume,leaf area,fresh weight of overground part and fresh weight of underground of Longyan 3 'seeds inoculated with Klepsiella oxytoca Msp2 c are 93. 67 %,89. 00 %,284. 3 mm,242. 3 mm,0. 5 cm3,663. 8 mm2,0. 3998 g and 0. 3058 g respectively,all significantly higher than CK( sterile water treatment) and Pseudomonas fluorescence LM531 treatment. The other relative indexes of Longyan 3'seeds inoculated with Pseudomonas fluorescence LM531 except for emergence rate are lower than CK and there are no significant differences. In conclusion,Klepsiella oxytoca Msp2 c with the significant growth-promoting effect on Avena sativa seedlings can be used in development of nitrogen fixation growth-promoting bactericides for Avena sativa in desert areas.
