摘 要:以参加抗性鉴定的茄子品种为研究材料,应用茄子黄萎病抗病性鉴定标准方法和SRAP标记方法,研究了茄子抗黄萎病性状与SRAP标记的关联性。结果表明,本研究中的82个茄子品种黄萎病病情指数为12.5%~83.33%,平均病情指数为31.57%,病情指数散差较大,离散程度较低,品种间抗病性差异极显著,高抗病或者高感病品种数较少;基于K=3时ΔK最大将所有品种分为3个亚群,即两个小亚群和一个大亚群;采用MIM_Q+K模型对病指均值进行关联分析,共检测到18个SRAP标记与病指显著关联,其中标记Em7/Me7-11达极显著水平(–log P〉3,P〈0.001)。这些标记关联性稳定且关联度高,可用于后续分子标记辅助育种和测序,为候选基因筛选和预测提供了重要信息基础。In this study,based on SRAP technique and Sichuan provincial standard for Verticillium wilt resistance evaluation of eggplants,the association of Verticillium wilt resistant traits with SRAP markers in eggplant varieties provided for disease resistance evaluation were analyzed. The results showed that the Verticillium wilt disease index of the 82 eggplant varieties was 12. 5 % to 83. 33 %,with an average disease index being 31. 57 %,the disease index scattered large difference,the degree of dispersion was lower,resistance was extremely significant different among cultivars,high resistance to disease or high susceptible cultivars were less. All the variety was divided into three subgroups based on the Delta K was maximum when the K was equals to 3,that were two small subsets and a large subpopulation; Using MIM_Q + K model for association analysis to the mean disease index,18 SRAP markers detected by experiment were significantly associated with disease index,which the markers Em7 / Me7-11 reached a significant level( – log P 3,P 0. 001). These markers associated with high affinity and stability,can be used in marker-assisted breeding and subsequent sequencing and providing an important information foundation for the candidate gene screening and prediction.
