摘 要:为明确粘质沙雷氏菌S-JS1对甜菜夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾致病力的温度效应,采用饲毒法测定了该菌在不同使用温度和培养温度下的杀虫活性。结果表明,在22~31℃的使用温度范围内,粘质沙雷氏菌S-JS1对甜菜夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫的致病力呈正温度系数,但在31~34℃,对甜菜夜蛾的致病力下降,呈负温度系数。对于22~34℃的培养温度,28℃培养的粘质沙雷氏菌SJS1对甜菜夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾致病力最高。因此,在一定的培养温度范围内,随着温度的升高,该菌对甜菜夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾致病力与温度先呈正相关,到达最佳致病力温度后再呈负相关。To determine the effects of temperature on the pathogenicity of Serratia marcescens isolate S-JS1 to Spodoptera exigua and Spodoptera litura,the effects of operating temperature and growth temperature on the insecticidal activity of S. marcescens after treatment of 3rd instar larvae with bacteria diet were studied. The results showed that the strain S-JS1 displayed positive temperature coefficient for S. exigua and S. litura at temperatures from 22 to 31 ℃ but displayed a negative temperature coefficient for S. exigua at temperatures from 31 to 34 ℃.As to S. marcescens which were cultured under the temperatures from 22 to 34 ℃,S. marcescens showed the strongest virulence against the3 rd larvae of S. exigua and S. litura at 28 ℃. So it was concluded that the pathogenicity of S. marcescens exhibited a positive temperature coefficient first and then a negative temperature coefficient with increasing culture temperature.
