摘  要:木霉分生孢子打破休眠是解除土壤抑菌、分生孢子在土壤中萌发并有效应用的前提。黄绿木霉T1010分生孢子悬浮液涂皿萌发。结果表明,T1010分生孢子萌发率最高时所需碳氮比为48∶1,最佳碳源为乳糖,最佳氮源为硝酸铵,一定含量磷利于分生孢子萌发,Fe元素含量为40 mg/L促进分生孢子萌发,Mg、S、K元素含量尽可能少,加入少量复合维生素也促进分生孢子萌发,p H6、温度25℃时利于分生孢子萌发,一定浓度杀菌剂农药抑制分生孢子萌发,适宜浓度赤霉素利于分生孢子萌发。Strain conidia of Trichoderma aureoviride 1010( T1010) broking dormancy is the prerequisite for annulment of the soil fungistasis,regernination of inhibited conidia to be effectly applied in soil. Results showed that germination rate of conidia showed different. The sprouting rate of T1010 conidia was the greatest on the media of C / N tending to 48∶ 1. Conidia used the lactose media and sprouted better than the other carbon nutrient. NH4NO3 was the best nitrogen nutrition. The essential elements were P and Fe. Conidia germinated on the media.The germination rate of spores was the best in the media with 40 mg / L Fe. A little compound vitamin could improve conidia to break dormancy and germinate. When conidia were cultured at 25 ℃,p H 6,the germination rate was the best. A certain concentration of fungicide suppressed T1010 conidia to sprout. The suitable concentration of Gibberellin( GA) improved conidia to break dormancy and germinate.
