摘 要:研究了不同插穗、扦插基质,嫩枝留叶量以及萘乙酸浓度对燕子掌扦插生根的影响。结果表明,硬枝的成活率、生根率和发芽率最高,高达97.75%、75.16%和90.38%,嫩枝次之;蛭石为基质能显著提高叶片扦插的生根率,其次为蛭石∶砂=1∶1;嫩枝扦插适宜的留叶量为保留2片叶,其成活率、生根率、发芽率、平均根数分别为96.48%、70.07%、89.30%、2.53条/穗,其次为保留一片叶;叶片扦插以萘乙酸10 mg/L处理效果最好,成活率达97.67%、生根率达76.67%,根系较多,根粗壮,且与对照差异显著。Effects of grades of cutting,substrates,leaf number and hormone concentration on cutting propagation of Crassula arborescens were researched. Results showed that the survival rate and rooting rate and germination rate of wood cutting were the highest with 97. 75 %,75.16 % and 90. 38 % respectively and the second was softwood; The rooting rate of the leaf cutting with the substrate of vermiculite increased significantly and the second was vermiculite∶ sand = 1∶ 1; the cutting of softwood with two leaves was the best with 96. 48 % survival rate,70. 07 % rooting rate,89. 30 % germination rate and 2. 53 average number of roots per plant and the second was one leaf; Rooting quality was the best with NAA 10 mg / L treated leaf,its survival rate and rooting rate reached 97. 67 % and 76. 67 % separately.
