摘 要:以中烟100、豫烟9号为试验材料,利用防雨棚盆栽人工模拟干旱胁迫逆境试验,研究了干旱胁迫对烟草叶片膜质过氧化程度和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,干旱处理初期,2个品种的膜质过氧化反应较为一致,但随着干旱处理加剧,中烟100轻度和中度干旱胁迫下的丙二醛含量增幅均显著高于豫烟9号;豫烟9号在重度干旱胁迫下SOD、POD和PAL的活性明显高于中烟100。团棵至现蕾期,中烟100各处理的SOD活性大幅度增加,且差异显著;豫烟9号的SOD活性中度和重度胁迫下较团棵期略有增加,但增幅显著低于中烟100;POD活性中度胁迫下豫烟9号的增幅低于中烟100,重度胁迫下高于中烟100;豫烟9号三个处理的PAL活性增幅显著低于中烟100。在烤烟生长发育过程中豫烟9号对水分的亏缺敏感性明显低于中烟100。Using Zhongyan100 and Yuyan9,the membranes lipid per-oxidation and protective enzyme activity of tobacco leaves were measured under drought stress in pool cultivation with rainproof. The results showed that the changes of membrane per-oxidation of two varieties were consistent during early drought stress stage,with the prolonged stress,the growth of MDA content in Zhongyan 100 was significantly higher than that of Yuyan 9 under mild water stress and moderate water stress. From rosette stage to budding period,the activity of SOD were greatly increased in the three treatments of Zhongyan 100,and there was significant difference among three treatments; Yuyan 9 SOD activity was slightly increased than in rosette stage under moderate stress and severe stress,but the growth rate was significantly lower than Zhongyan100; The growth of POD activity in Yuyan 9 was less than Zhongyan100 under moderate stress and was more than Zhongyan100 under severe water stress; The growth of PAL activity in the three treatment of Yuyan 9 was significantly lower than Zhongyan100.
