摘　　要：学术不端行为屡禁不止,已经成为一个困扰学术界的难题。学术期刊论文的剽窃抄袭、一稿多投、重复发表、虚假署名等学术不端现象的产生,主要原因在于作者,但学术期刊编辑的责任心及管理漏洞也是重要因素。学术期刊作为科研成果的发布平台,理应承担起把关者的角色,通过深化编辑队伍建设、采用技术手段、规范期刊管理制度、加强公众监督与评价等有效措施,构建科学的学术不端防范机制。The failure in the prohibition of academic misconducts has become a serious problem in the academic circle. The author is the main reason for the phenomenon of academic misconducts, including plagiarism, multiple submissions of the manuscript, redundant publication, false signature, etc. But, lack of responsibility and management of academic journal editors is also an important factor. As a publishing platform of scientific research findings, academic journals should take on the role of gatekeeper. So, academic journals should take effective measures to build a scientific academic misconduct prevention mecha- nism, such as reinforcing construction of editor team, adopting technological means, standardizing journal management system, strengthening public supervision and evaluation.
