摘 要:为预防煤自燃,研究用一种脱氧剂阻止煤自燃并耗氧的可行性。在添加与不添加阻化剂和不同供氧条件下,对取自宣东煤矿的煤样进行持续升温试验。提出用单一脱氧剂阻煤自燃并且耗氧的观点。分析脱氧剂在煤矿井下的适用性,计算其在阻氧过程中的焓变。结果表明,阻化剂能够降低煤氧化的概率,氧浓度下降会减小煤氧化的剧烈程度,用脱氧剂能同时阻止煤自燃和消耗氧气。预防井下煤自燃较为理想的脱氧剂是铁系脱氧剂。In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal,the feasibility of a new type of deoxidizer for inhibiting self-heating of coal and oxygen consuming was studied. Continuous heating experiment was performed on the coal samples from Xuandong coal mine before and after adding the inhibitor with different oxygen concentration. The utilization of deoxidizer on inhibiting spontaneous combustion and oxygen consuming is proposed. Applicability of the deoxidizer in real undergound coal mine is analyzed. The enthalpy change of the deoxidizer in the process of inhibiting oxygen is calculated. The results show that the inhibitor can reduce the risk of coal oxidizing reaction. Decrease of oxygen concentration can reduce the intensity of the reaction. Application of deoxidizer can both inhibit spontaneous combustion and oxygen consumption.Iron-based deoxidizer is a promising inhibitor for spontaneous combustion of coal in underground coal mine.
