摘 要:为评估煤矿的安全管理行为水平,依据行为安全理论,分析组织行为及个体行为的影响因素,建立煤矿安全管理行为评估方法。构建煤矿安全管理组织行为评估指标体系,用改进的层次分析法(IAHP)确定其指标权重;设计矿工个体不安全行为评估量表,并通过项目分析和因子分析的方法筛选量表题项,得到包括个体内在因素、组织内部因素和外部环境因素3个分量表的正式量表。结果表明:煤矿组织行为评估指标中安全责任落实、安全文化建设、安全法规遵守和安全资金投入的权重较大;所设计矿工个体行为评估量表有较好的信度和效度。The paper was aimed at using the behavior-based theory to analyze factors affecting organizational behavior and individual behavior,and working out a method for assessing safety management behavior in coal mines. An organizational behavior assessment indicator system was established for coal mine and IAHP was used to determine the indicators' weights. An individual unsafe behavior assessment scale was designed. Items were screened for the scale by means of item analysis and factor analysis. The final formal scale was divided into three subscales including individual intrinsic factor,organization internal factors,and the external environment. The results show that implement of safety responsibility,construction of safety culture,complying with safety regulations,and safety investment are the four indicators having larger weights,and that the individual behavior assessment scale of miners has good reliability and validity.
