摘 要:选取国内一般的转炉炼钢工艺参数条件,对石灰石替代石灰可能达到的比率进行了研究。由于石灰石替代石灰的比例随许多因素而变,计算中引入变量X作为替代比讨论了物料平衡和热平衡。结果表明:硅含量对替代比的影响存在一个临界值,当铁水硅含量低于临界值时,硅含量提高,替代比随之提高;硅含量高于临界值时,硅含量提高,替代比随之降低。当铁水比为94%、渣碱度R=3.5时,石灰石替代比X等于1.02,热量略有富余。随着铁水碳含量、锰含量、铁水温度、铁水比的提高,石灰石替代比不断提高;随着铁水硅含量、碱度、钢水温度提高,石灰石替代比不断降低。General domestic process parameters of BOF steelmaking were used in this paper to research on possible substitution proportion of lime by limestone. The results shows,as the substitution proportion changes with many factors,a variable X is introduced into calculation to discuss mass and heat balance. There is a critical value of relationship between silicon content and substitution proportion; when silicon content is below the critical value,substitution proportion increases with silicon content; when silicon content is above the critical value,substitution proportion decreases with silicon content;When hot metal ratio reaches 94%,slag basicity reaches 3. 5,substitution proportion equals 1. 02,which means there is surplus heat. Substitution proportion increases with content of carbon and manganese of hot metal,iron temperature and hot metal ratio; substitution proportion decreases with silicon content,slag basicity and steel temperature.
